FREE SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES. 

All of our Companions are made to order. Please allow us two to three weeks (14 to 21 days) to complete your order. 

Our Companions are delivered from New York City by the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the artisanal nature of our works, no two Companions are alike, no two stitches are the same. If you are unsure or interested in learning more about the little details before making a commitment, ask us we would love to persuade you. We are also happy to provide detailed photos, upon request, of the Companion made specifically for you before shipping.

We put much thought and take great pride in our work and creations, and we hope you appreciate them. However, if for some reason you don't absolutely love your purchase, we will happily offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds and exchanges will be accepted on items that are returned back to us in their unused, original condition and packaging within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please notify us of your intention to return (refund/exchange) before shipping the items back to us. Return shipping postage will be paid by the customer. Please note, we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to us. After review and inspection for original condition, we will issue refunds or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the items.

PROMISE TO MEND

We stand by the design, quality, and craftsmanship of our Companions. For production errors or hardware defects, we will fix and adjust your Companion free of charge. 

For general wear and tear, we hope you send your Companions back to us for a chance at a longer life. We will repair certain damages (e.g., broken straps or stitches) for a fee--to be determined based on the type and degree of damage. Please reach out to us first before sending your Companions in for repairs. Some types of damages--like being charred by dragons' fire or shredded to bits by dragons' claws--cannot be mended. But if that were to happen, please don't forget to send pics!   

Repair shipping postage will be paid by the customer. Please note, we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to us.
